1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pphsky online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at pphsky.app ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, creating a pphsky account, or using any service offered by pphsky, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

pphsky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the pphsky Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pphsky strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its users.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pphsky, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pphsky Platform or had a pphsky account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or undue influence.

pphsky reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pphsky services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one pphsky account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. pphsky employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pphsky reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pphsky login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pphsky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pphsky conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pphsky supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. pphsky does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is received from a third-party source, pphsky reserves the right to void any winnings associated with that deposit and return the original deposit amount to the source account.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pphsky within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. pphsky targets a processing time of five (5) minutes for standard withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.

pphsky reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required. pphsky will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without satisfactory verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pphsky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or the use of automated software — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

pphsky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply unless the player is notified otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pphsky Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behavior. pphsky is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. pphsky will not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pphsky will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, pphsky reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided.

pphsky monitors gameplay for patterns consistent with cheating, collusion, or the use of prohibited software. Any player found to be engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pphsky Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pphsky immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pphsky staff or other players.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your pphsky account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions.

8 Responsible Gaming

pphsky recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We take our duty of care seriously and have implemented a range of responsible gaming tools and policies to support our players. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders through their account settings.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period through the pphsky support team. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may also do so, and pphsky will take all reasonable steps to honor such requests and prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

pphsky strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you are concerned that a minor may be accessing the Platform using your account or device, please contact our support team immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pphsky Platform, including but not limited to the pphsky brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pphsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pphsky.

Any unauthorized use of pphsky's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact pphsky with full details of your claim.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pphsky, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

pphsky does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While pphsky takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pphsky's control.

pphsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pphsky account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

pphsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at pphsky's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your pphsky account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and pphsky with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
